My Life Binder

This Emergency Binder is a planner for all your imperative information in one folder. It provides an all-in-one place for you to gather vital details about your contacts, legal matters, health information, financial affairs, and day-to-day practical information. It is a grab and go folder or digital information file for you to keep with all your personal data.

Unfortunately, emergencies happen. It is a valuable gift for those left behind when you are gone, or if you become unable to speak for yourself. Fill out what is necessary. You may not need to complete the entire planner. And you'll find extra pages in the back if you need additional space.

We've tried to cover all the traditional areas of importance as well as areas related to today's technology. Consider reviewing it once a year, perhaps at the beginning of the New Year, and updating anything that has changed. Share this planner with personal representatives or family members who will be making decisions for you after your passing or in case of incapacitation. Keep this planner secure. We suggest storing it together with copies of relevant important documents, such as your will, in separate folders.

Printing Guidance
Each life is unique — your binder can be, too.
If you’d like extra copies of certain pages (for another child, an additional home etc), feel free to print as many as you need for personal use.

How to Print Individual Pages:
1. Open your Life Binder file (PDF) on your computer or tablet.
2. Click on File → Print.
3. In the print settings, look for “Pages” or “Page Range.”
4. Type in the page number(s) you’d like to print again (for example: 5, 8–10).
5. Press Print, and your selected pages will appear, ready to add to your binder.

You can return and print these pages anytime your life grows or shifts — this binder is designed to grow with you.
