Making life’s hardest moments lighter
Life has a way of leaving behind more than just memories. When someone we love passes, we’re often left facing an overwhelming mix of paperwork, belongings, and unanswered questions — at a time when our hearts are already tender.
Sorted Swiftly exists to bring a sense of order, clarity, and dignity to these moments. Whether it’s through preparing a personalised binder filled with the details your family will one day need, or offering compassionate support in decluttering a loved one’s home, we’re here to ease the practical burdens so that love, memory, and healing can take the forefront.
This is not about organising for the sake of tidiness — it’s about giving peace of mind today and creating ease for tomorrow. With empathy and care, Sorted Swiftly helps you prepare, lighten the load, and step gently into life’s next chapter.
About Sorted Swiftly
My name is Carolyn Benatar, and Sorted Swiftly was born from lived experience. For many years, I walked alongside others as a carer, supporting families in some of life’s most tender and sacred moments. I saw first-hand how much love is present at the end of life — and I also saw the stress and confusion that often followed when practical details were left undone.
When both of my parents passed away, I experienced the same struggle myself. Suddenly, I was faced with countless belongings to sort, paperwork to untangle, and passwords to uncover. The weight of it was enormous, and it took away from the space I needed to grieve. That journey showed me how much easier it could be if things were thought through and prepared ahead of time.
That’s why I created Sorted Swiftly. It’s a service built on compassion, respect, and foresight — offering gentle solutions to help families prepare for and navigate these difficult transitions. Whether through a carefully designed binder or support with home decluttering, my mission is to give others the gift I wished for myself: clarity, dignity, and peace in the midst of loss.
